Even then, Kevin had a strong desire for personal connections, a trait he aimed to infuse into his future firm. Observing how other companies interacted with clients, he crystallized his vision for his own enterprise. Kevin not only prioritizes delivering top-notch work but also values forming meaningful relationships with clients. Balancing college studies and financial responsibilities, Kevin worked tirelessly to pursue his dream, living paycheck to paycheck. In 2019, this dedication culminated in the launch of Capital Development, with support from a realtor who recognized Kevin's drive.
