What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We try to get to know as much about our customer and their project as possible on the initial meeting. This way it can guide decisions made about the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have over ten years experience in our industry. We are licensed and insured. We also have over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry which assists us when working with homeowners. It allows us to put homeowners at ease.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Our family's have been involved with construction for generations. When we were not working directly in the field we were always indirectly assisting and growing knowledge.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with every type of customer you can think of.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Homeowners should think of the type of professional they would like to hire. Do you want to hire a professional in a specific field (plumber, electrician, remodeler who has experience with everything, ect.) or do you want to hire a handyman? Pro's in specific fields do certain things everyday while Handymen do all sorts of work. Both are great, you just need to look at what you need for your project. Cheapest isn't always best, as they say, "you get what you pay for."

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Any and all specific details that you think would be relevant to the project. Be prepared for the project to start, if you are just putting feelers out and plan to do the project in the future just let us know. We'll still be more than happy to provide you with advise.
