One of our favorite projects was a kitchen transformation for a couple who loved to cook but felt trapped by their small, outdated kitchen. The biggest challenge? One entire side of the kitchen had no walls for cabinets, leaving them with almost no storage and a layout that felt disconnected from the rest of their home.
After reviewing the space and listening to their needs, we proposed a bold solution: integrating a wall from their dining area into the kitchen. By carefully reconfiguring the layout, we extended the kitchen into this space, creating a seamless flow between the two areas while maintaining the charm of their home.
On the newly incorporated wall, we added custom cabinetry that not only provided the storage they desperately needed but also featured built in shelving and display nooks for their favorite cookbooks and decor. To make the entire space feel bigger and more cohesive, we used bright finishes, soft lighting, and a clean, modern design.
