We do offer discounts, especially if we have ongoing projects in your area. The cost of every project varies. Its best to do an in home estimate to be as accurate as possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to send a message, determine a time for us to connect over the phone and then schedule a free in home estimate on home renovation projects. We can be contacted via phone, email and text at your convenience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have a general contractors license in the state of Florida License No. Rg291104096 under Joshua Miner, Santangelo Construction LLC.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Construction is an industry where you can be creative and help others bring their ideas to reality so it made sense to get into it. Its challenging and changing constantly, you never get bored. I can help myself, my family, friends, colleagues, neighbors or anyone! Its beneficial to know how to build and fix things and for those who don't know, I'm here to help.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work together with home and business owners to bring ideas into fruition. Young couples and singles completing their first home projects, elderly people who are looking for ways to stay safe in the kitchen and restrooms, people who need direction/ideas and people who know exactly what they want. We work with anyone who wants to work with us!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The last bathroom remodel took almost 3 weeks, which is typical. The color scheme and flooring the client selected was stunning.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Confirm their credentials and be sure they do not have any complaints lodged against them.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If necessary, speak with your spouse(or anyone contributing to the purchase of a renovation)before speaking with professionals. It saves a bit of time for everyone.
