We offer a free consultation with one of our project managers. Prices are based on project details, materials, and labor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process starts out with a free consultation at the customers property with a project manager, where they will get all of the project details, access everything, take any type of measurements, and go over project plans. The next step will be putting together a contract agreement between the home owner and contractor, including the scope of work, start and end dates, contract price, deposit price, and a full payment schedule.

We are licensed and insured contractors with a General Contractor license and over 10 years of experience in the field.

All types of customers, near and far, home owners, rental property owners, real estate investors.

When hiring a contractor, make sure you get all the details out in the open from the beginning, written down and signed with a contract.
