hello my name is Richard Phillips I have been in business for over 20 plus years and have resided in South Florida for over 15 years. as a real estate investor and contractor. I've repaired everything from mold common water damage ,common termite damage repairs done poorly. I seen a lot and I've repaired a lot. I take great pride in my work my craftsmanship and my family. I am seeking jobs that could lead into a bigger job bathroom remodels, kitchen,flooring, termite we're looking for updating your current properties we also do build-outs on Commercial properties from carpentry, painting, flooring drywall. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The crew I have now have many talents and work on different trades which allows me too get the job done a lot faster than waiting on sub contractors .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We sit down after looking at the project to figure the best way to address there concerns and ideas and find creative ways to get those results.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

experience has taught me many things , when I first started I was very lucky to have always found senior customers who where willing to teach me many old school tricks that seemed to the back bone to my crafts . also have an art background which causes me to obsess over details .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My worked my summer breaks while attending high school, during the day I worked with my step father heavy equipment and the afternoons to evenings doing drywall. Over 20 plus years working in many trades .

What types of customers have you worked with?

I enjoy working on many project within a project, I have the knowledge of what need to be done first and what is last.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My own house, a 2600 sg ft ( Train wreck ) termites , wood rot , lots of bad contractors , nothing up to code , the address

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

ask questions , if they cant look you in eye show them the door.
