Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer Financing....and Very fair pricing. All companies use Xactimate for pricing insurance jobs and most WILL charge that or more for customers without insurance. I work with each homeowner based on their needs and try to give them different options on the quotes to make it affordable. You should not have to choose between paying me and not being able to live in your home. We will work with you to the best of our ability.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Communication. I listen and give a lot of feedback. I try to walk them through the process as easily as possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Mold Remediator License # MRSR 3909 Mold Assessor License # MRSA 3758 IICRC trained and Certified in Water Damage, Applied structural drying and Applied microbial. We follow protocol on ALL JOBS, assuring that it is done correctly, efficiently and safely.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
After 17 years as a Sheriff Deputy, I was looking for a change. Something I could build and pass down to my kids. Something where I could still help people and make a difference in their lives. I had a flood at my home and observed the work they did, thought it would be something I would enjoy. I started doing research and the rest is History.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Homeowners, Business owners, Property managers, Realtors, Hotels, Assisted living facilities, Malls, Churches and Jewelry stores.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We removed 2200 square feet of drywall in a home that was completely infested with mold. After removing all the drywall, cleaning and scrubbing of the entire home, we passed the post air quality test with no problem at all. It took us an entire week to complete the project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure whoever you hire is licensed and insured. Have them provide their MRSR license in Mold Remediation and IICRC certification. This proves they have been properly trained with all laws and protocols of Mold Remediation. You can verify the license at myfloridalicense dot com

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Who is actually coming to my house to do the work? Are they qualified? Do they care or are they just hourly workers getting a paycheck? I can assure you WE CARE. We are family owned and operated. We take OWNERSHIP of every job and will make sure you are happy.
