What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are for sure not the cheapest remodeling company in the area, we are also not the most expensive. We are fairly priced and we are a quality company. You know when you choose Love By Design your project will be done correctly and to the highest possible standards.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When a customer reaches out we will set up a free consultation. This initial meeting can take anywhere from 30-60min. During this initial consultation we will discuss the upcoming project, what your vision is and I will give my professional opinion and then take measurements and pictures and provide a written estimate. If we agree on the terms we will set a start date and we will be on your project until we finish, we do not jump around and start one here and one there. There will be someone on your job every day.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am constantly educating myself and learning and reading to keep up with the latest trends in the kitchen and bathroom remodeling space.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been in the construction industry for over 25 years, I started when I was just 15 years old when my nextdoor neighbor hired me as a helper for his home remodeling company in Palm Beach County.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished a luxury modern kitchen remodel in West Palm Beach. This project included new cabinets, quartz countertops and a complete remodel of the kitchen. This kitchen renovation in West Palm Beach took a little over a month.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When searching for a kitchen and bathroom remodeling company in Palm Beach County, it is imperative to make sure the company has an extensive history of verified reviews online. Make sure they have previous customers you can speak to and Google the company and look on the BBB for any red flags. When you meet the company ask to see pictures and to get previous customers phone numbers.
