Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I’m not the cheapest in town. But, I’m also not the most expensive. I offer discounts for now in order to get our name out there more. Inquire for any questions you have about that!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I would love to meet you where you feel most comfortable, answer any questions you may have, and try to add value as quickly as possible. My goal is to leave every conversation and scenario better than I find it.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a science degree that I got with my GI bill from my post military search for significance. lol But since my time as a SEAL team detainee operator, I have been getting educated on building efficiency and high end finishes from the nations best builders. I’ve built incredible quality projects for some of the nations most notorious and I’ve been made a better builder from it all.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have always been handy. I built tree houses in the woods behind my childhood home as a kid with my buddies and I’ve been trying to make memories with my skills ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked for the entire spectrum. Wealthy Hollywood actors and other famous people to an old window that needed a new doggy door put in her lanai, all are welcome customers for me.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I just finished up a full home renovation and I came behind a very bad and immoral contractor. I loved making the dreams happen for the client after they were burned so badly before.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would not sacrifice quality. Cost is only one indicator of a successful project. End result and ease of development have to be important for you to enjoy the experience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Budget, design and timeline. These are imperatives before the expectations begin to pile up.
