Set up an appointment to see the project and provide a quote withing a day or 2 or sometimes the same day.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

36 years Construction background from small projects to multi million dollar hi rise buildings. Worked for some of the most famous people in the world on there personal reaidences.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started at the age of 17 working on roofs and siding projects as laborer and learned the trades over the years hands on.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Home owners, executives, property management firms , very large Construction firms and some famous people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

44 Union Square East in NYC, 4 year projects on the infamous Tammany Hally landmark building. My last NYC project I managed before relocating to Florida.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check there reputationand reviews. Make sure they do not have to many projects open and ask how long they take to complete. I'm hearing complaints that contracters have too many projects and leave projects open and never complete them in a timely fashion.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A budget, If they're not sure what they want to do., I specialize an offer my design ideas and no additional charge. I love envisioning what a project could look like and then making that a reality
