What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are very competitive with out pricing and we love to find ways to save our customers some extra money without sacrificing quality. We accept cash, check, or credit card with a 3% transaction fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we will schedule a time to come meet with you at your project. Here we will discuss the project details, take precise measurements and pictures, and gather any other information me need to draft a detailed quote for our customers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have a combined 25 years of experience as a contractor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are a second generation family owned business. We have been in the construction industry since 1999.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our customers Include (but not limited to): Complete home renovations, Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations, Airbnb and Rental Home Owners, New Home Builders, Home Additions, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a full Kitchen remodel on the second story of a home in Seminole. This job included: Removal of existing cabinets and countertops, Cutdown bar top, new hood vent and appliances, all interior painting, new flooring. We started on a Monday and had the job 100% complete by the following Friday. The customers were extremely happy with the finial result.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always look at their Reviews. Make sure they carry Liability Insurance. Do your research on potential products offered by a provider and the products warranty.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is your Process from start to finish? How will your product holdup in FL weather? How Long have you been in Business?
