We have engineering, architecture and interior design professionals that we work with to make sure your vision is realized and your needs are meet. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have special pricing for investors (repeat work), seniors, and current and ex-public servants. Reach out to us for specifics.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we have a 10-minute discovery call. It is important that we are a good fit for each other. We will listen to your needs, wants, and ideas. Develop a preliminary scope of work and decide if we are a good fit.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are Licensed and Insured General Contractors. We have in-house engineering that advises on ALL projects regardless of scope.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We got started as Fix and Flip investors. We quickly learned that good contractors with reliable teams are hard to find. So we created our own network of contractors and maintained in-house labor.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with potential home buyers as well as Investors and Home Owners. Considering that we are investors we specialize in working with Investors but this also makes us great communicators when working with homeowners and potential homeowners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The Premier Home Designed by NTU Development in Lehigh Acres was completed in March 2024. It was a modern design with a one-pitch roof and 12-foot ceilings. The construction process took about 5 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the Contractor is active and has sites that you can visit.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask questions about previous builds that are similar to yours. The design look and feel of the earlier projects give you an idea of the contractor's style. Also, ask questions regarding their work processes and procedures. All professional and organized contractors implement systems and processes.
