What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer discounts to senior citizens, veterans, and any individuals who follow our Facebook & Instagram social media outlets.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When working with new customers, we normally gain as much information as possible about their project and them, to determine if we are a good match for them as a contractor. Once we gain this information, we then set up a date and time for our project manager to do a walk through. Once our project manager submits his information, our estimate team will then work on the quote and submit it to the main office. At this time, we contact the customer and go over these numbers and with they are agreed upon or we work with a budget that they have in mind and come up with a number that work for both parties.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
When seeking a contractor to work for you on your project, make sure that you build a relationship with that contractor knowing that they will take pride in their work and will give you the greatest experience. Also, know that if they take pride in their work that their price will reflect how much they value themselves and their craft. Make sure they are knowledgeable about the work you are asking them to do. The process from start to finish should be a great and educational experience for you as a customer.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Know what your budget is or the amount that you wish not too exceed. Knowing this makes it easier for both parties because when a professional estimator is doing the numbers they can work with number that they can stay around. It also makes things go a lot faster in the estimation process. Also, knowing what you want from your professional, whether it be constant communication, or every other day, or do you want full break down of labor & materials or just labor cost. Knowing this information makes it easier on the professional and would avoid any miscommunications.
