What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are a full-service contractor in which we can provide drawings and construction services. If we provide a design/build project, we give a discount to the designing portion of the work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we get familiarized with the project. Scope of work, photos, videos and/or a site visit. Then we provide the customer with a free estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was exposed to the construction industry early in age. I was amazed at how buildings and houses were being built and what the end product became.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with residential and commercial sectors.
