Time of work.- how long time the contractors will take doing tos work . So the customers can deduct if the price is fair or not. Fees.- What type of fees the customer has to pay and why? Because there’s some fees that don’t correspond paying from the customers.

First of all asking them about needed and suggesting some drowning designs ideas from the owner and mine as well. Second.- Following the drowning ideas and work on an estimate that fitting on their ideas and budget as well. Third.- Once the estimate budget is approved we asking customers stating purchase all main supplies as long as they want to do that. We don’t ask for money in advance as long is customers take care about supplies. In case they want me to take care about supplies as well I usually ask them 15% - 25% as money in advance. Fourth.- Once all supplies arrived to the customers house I give them a certain date starting and finished time. Fifth.- We usually starting work on the project and once we advanced more than a half of the entire work we ask some money in advance then we don’t ask more moms in advance until we’ve finished.

Customers that are honest, good persons, some of them has a clear idea what they want but some of them don’t . We work with them any way. I love design and doing suggestions with my design experience when customers don’t have idea what to do.

My recent project was a bathroom. We’ve worked on design before starting. Then we showed our proposal to our customer. Once she accepted all colors, furniture and details we proceeded. She is currently happy about that work done and she already hired us for updating her masters bathroom. She is very happy with that work done that’s why left me a review on this page. My advice is that they should ask their contractors about planning work. What exactly are the steps what they are going to development to reach the better project results, what’s going to be the work framing time for starting and ending work. Ask contractors if they are going to order all supplies before starting otherwise they could take too much longer time working on their project. Ask about guarantee as well.
