Pricing will be determined on a job by job basis. We offer a variety of discounts depending on occupation and time of year.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our biggest emphasis on working with new customers is building trust and having an open line of communication. They are letting strangers in their home based on a vision and entrusting us to make it a reality.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Between Shaun and Matt, we have over 25 years of combined experience renovating, building, flipping, selling homes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We both grew up with handy fathers who taught us various trades and have perfected them over the years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers and welcome new challenges

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Biggest advice I can provide is do your due diligence and make sure you can trust them in your home. Never pay 100% of the costs upfront!!!
