We offer excellent professional residential renovation and remodel services at competitive prices.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We visit to look at the job and understand and document customer requirements. We provide a quote, including the timeline for the project. once the customer signs the contract, we begin planning and execution on a mutually agreeable timeline.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a licensed residential general contractor (class C) in several cities and counties in Colorado. I have several years of experience in large construction project management. My company — MSSV Construction — has several full-time multidisciplinary folks who work exclusively for my company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We work with customers in Westminster, Broomfield, Erie, Lafayette, Northglenn and Thornton. We have also worked with customers in Littleton, and Denver in the past.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am fond of all the projects that we have done. We have done projects costing 50k to 400k.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

MSSV Construction is a licensed and reliable construction service provider. We would love to earn your business. We recommend that customers pay attention to how a company or person communicates the work details. Is the work broken down in enough detail that the customer understands? The details matter since some folks may skip details in the initial phase to win a project but then ask for more money once the project commences.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers shall do their homework on what exactly they want done. Do they want a labor-only quote? Do they want a labor plus material quote? If they want labor plus material estimate, have they considered the quality of the material they want? I recommend that the customer let the contractor choose basic construction material, but customers should buy any finishing material (e.g., tiles, plumbing trims, electrical trims).
