Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Price is unique to each project's specific requirements. We always do very detailed, in-person assessments to give fair and accurate estimates. Estimates are FREE.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We provide free phone, and in-home consultations. During these consultations we get an idea of what the client is looking for. We offer advice based on our experience and provide rough pricing. If the estimate fits the client’s budget, we move forward and draft a quote and contract that include a detailed breakdown of the job and the payment schedule. We do not do any verbal agreements. We employ cloud-based software to communicate with clients and keep them updated on their project, allowing them to see how the project is progressing, and allow them to give us feedback. This process allows us to maintain an open line of communication with the client and ensure satisfaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Many years of construction experience working with big companies that offer regular training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I come from a large family of construction workers, and spent most of my life at job sites with my father and uncles.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with all kinds of customers, from all walks of life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We just completed a full home remodel for a client that wanted to renovate her childhood home. We put hardwood flooring throughout the house, recessed LED lights, marble countertops in the kitchen, and all new appliances. In the bathrooms we did custom showers, tile floors and walls, and new vanities with LED mirrors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
First we would recommend they find a contractor that is licensed, insured, and bonded. Second, we would recommend they look at previous projects, to see if the quality of work is good. We would also recommend that clients find a contractor that is available and maintains an open and accessible line of communication. Clients should read contracts carefully and make sure they understand everything, have all stipulations in writing (no verbal agreements), and no payment upfront before signing anything.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Any questions that clients have they should ask the contractor. All questions are good questions.
