What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When we give the price for the project we don’t change the price unless the owner wants to adapt more work or the owner wants to change the order for more work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet and we talk about the project that we have to do and I explain to him how we work and how important it is for us that all the customers are happy with the job and give him the best price for his project and what day we start and how long it will take.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked with different companies and I went to classes to make sure all the work I do is correct.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I work in three big companies and I went to school for one year to learn about the work that I want to do.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with different costumers, we don’t have preferences, we try to help everyone who wants to do a big job or a small job.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did a fence that is about 20 feet wide and it took two days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Number one I meet with the customer and we talk about the project that they want to do and I make sure and I check the property to make sure that the job that he wants to do is make without a problem and that it looks the best for the property.
