Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Every project is different which is why we offer FREE estimates, to give us a chance to look at the space and better provide an estimated cost.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
we set up new customers with an appointment to give them a FREE onsite estimate on their project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have over 25 years experience working in the field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started right out of high school. I saw my father do this type of work and became interested. I always knew I would have my own business one day.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've worked with ll types of customers. From your average Joe to the rich and famous from Beverly Hills. I don't stick to one "type" of clientele, I love making peoples visions of their homes into realities. That's what I'm about.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently had a kitchen remodel project in San Francisco, which I'm very proud of. It took a little longer to finish, only because I wanted to provide the best quality work for my client, but the end result was indescribable.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure you get more than one estimate and work with the person that you feel most comfortable with. A lot of times people go with whomever offers the cheapest quote, but in the end its not what they had in mind or they are not happy with their contractor.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
aside from the obvious...like lead time, pricing and all that. I think it's important to ask if they are not happy with something (whatever it may be), how does the contractor plan on resolving the issue?
