What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based on the exact scope of your work. We will visit your home to discuss your needs, take measurements, understand what materials you want, and outline in details the job description at hand.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step is to schedule a free consultation at your home to understand what your vision is. Next, we develop a proposal to outline the details included in the project. Once you review the 3d design and approve the project, we start the construction process. Full communication and updates for every step will be set so the project runs as smoothly as possible and on schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I studied civil engineering and worked on multi-unit condo buildings before I entered the family business in construction and home remodeling.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My grandpa started his construction company. Growing up in this family business, I picked up many tips along the way and grew accustomed in the field.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers, from new homeowners to investors. Customers ranging from their early 20s to grandparents.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently did a full home remodeling for a home in Sunnyvale, CA. We made some structural changes to open up the kitchen to the living room, redid all 3 bathrooms, paint, flooring, and electrical work, and etc. This was an amazing project to see the transformation go from idea to reality. Most importantly, the client was very satisfied with the results.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

For those who are looking to hire a professional, please make sure you are working with a licensed contractor who is bonded and insured. Make sure to meet with the company and get a feel for their professionalism before signing any papers.
