There is a minimum 2 hour charge for commercial and residential facility service maintenance work. For general contracting service we perform on-site job walks with the prospective client to determine pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Provide customer with an initial quote for service, schedule a date/time to perform a job-walk and complete project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 20 years of government facility maintenance and construction work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a County Maintenance worker for 17 years and after purchasing my first home and working closely with a quality contractor I realized it was a career I wanted to pursue.

We work with commercial and residential customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Complete remodel of a commercial unit in downtown Oxnard Ca. A very challenging experience building everything to strict city code and inspections. Project duration was approximately four months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It’s always advisable to throughly screen your potential contractor or service professional. Inquire about references, past project timelines, insurance and license status. A sign of a reliable contractor is punctuality and professionalism, don’t be hesitant to ask for a credit report and any previous liens against them from subcontractors.
