Introduction

Edri construction is a direct execution contractor for construction projects, overseeing the entire process from start to finish. Please note the following: - Our minimum labor cost for all projects is $10,000. - We do not work on projects involving homeowner's insurance claims.

At Edri Construction, we simplify home renovations with a clear, transparent 6-step process: Step 1: Initial Discovery Call We start with a call to discuss your project and ideas, ensuring we're a good fit. Step 2: Free Onsite Consultation & Estimate We visit your home, take measurements, and provide an initial budget. Step 3: Pre-Construction We develop and review design, engineering, and architectural plans with you. Step 4: Procuring Permits We handle all required permits to ensure compliance with local regulations. Step 5: Construction Phase We hold a kickoff meeting and maintain weekly communication throughout the build. Step 6: Project Completion We conduct a Pre-Delivery Inspection to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction. Our dedicated project manager is always available to address your questions or concerns, ensuring a smooth process and a beautiful final result.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All contractors have complete a program by the CSLB and four years of experience prior.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got into the construction business since I was 14 years old. My dad would take me to his project sights and have me help around. Ever since then, I fell in love with construction.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all kinds of customers. From customers out of state, low and high budget customers. Even customers who are new to construction and have no idea what they want.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A new home construction project. Tore an old, outdated home from 1867 into a beautiful modern home. It took 4 months to complete from November to March.
