How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always been passionate about helping people improve their homes while making smart financial decisions. I started by working in sales and quickly saw the impact of a well-structured process. Over time, I built a team focused on maximizing opportunities and delivering value to homeowners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
