Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer very transparent and competitive pricing through the use of in-house crews.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
The first step is for us to meet with you! Our project manager will survey the site, answer any questions you may have, and make suggestions to help guide you on what your city may require to receive approval for a given project. Once we have collected all of the information, we create a quote for you that'll be honored for 30 days (due to COVID-19 related rough material price fluctuation). For smaller projects, we could typically quote our homeowner's on the spot but for larger scale projects expect a 24-48 hour turnaround time for a detailed proposal. Should you decide to move forward with us, we will activate our crews and get to work!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Between the company owner and our head project manger there is a combined 60+ years of industry experience. We have seen it all, worked through it all, and know what to do when facing issues related to permitting, production, and planning.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with customer's looking to complete a simple kitchen or bathroom remodel all the way to those looking to build a brand new, beautiful custom home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure you absolutely fall in love with your project manager! I cannot stress enough how important it is to be on the same page with the company you're working with as we're essentially married for the duration of the project and, in our case, the next 4 years with which our workmanship is covered under warranty. Though the highest bid doesn't necessarily translate to the highest quality, buying cheap can ultimately be expensive. Sharing the vision for your project, working within your budget, and expressing complete transparency is the key to any home remodeling project.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
It's very important to establish a budget you are comfortable with. Once a contractor understands the amount of money we're working with, we can provide you with a scope of work that maximizes that budget. This may mean different things for different contractors and will help you get the most out of your money when making the final decision. Secondly, an estimated start and/ or finish date you hope to set. During the busier months of our industry, you certainly don't want the start or finish date to come as a surprise and one contractors availability might be more well suited than another.
