What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a 15% discount to all senior citizens, all active and retired military, and all active and retired first responders. We also offer discounts to all charity organizations

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Knowing how difficult and time consuming a home improvement project can be, we do all the work for you, and with you, from planning & permits until the job is complete. Before committing, we offer a free consultation. This meeting will help us visualize your dream, based on your needs, budget and goals. We will then guide you through our plan and provide an estimate for your project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We carry all licenses and insurances required by law and our staff has more than 50 years in combined experience!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started really early, thanks to dad, a retired general contractor himself, and with the help of his guidance, followed in his footsteps

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have an extremely wide range of clients from athletes and Hollywood stars, realtors and real estate developers, investors and all the way to your average Joe. Regardless of who you are and where you come from we treat all equally providing them our full attention and 100% commitment and dedication!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The project that jumps straight to mind was successfully completed around six months ago. We built an amazing home addition that measured out to just under thirteen hundred square feet. Unfortunately, since we had to sign a non disclosure agreement no pictures will ever go public, but I can tell you that this was a build like no other with a budget just shy of a million dollars so I’ll leave the imagining to you :)

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To make the right choice and hire us ;)

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would say that the most important thing to figure out before starting any project would be your budget! With good planning, this will help you foresee any problems down the road, it will also determine what is and is not doable for your project.
