What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After customer contact with us, we usually see if we are the right mach for the clients to avoid wasting time for each other. if is the right mach we schedule onsite meeting and give the customer the right estimate.

We're general contractor with about 15 years of combined experience. each project manager has he's on expertise.

Our last project was kitchen remodel with bearing wall relocate, took about 4 weeks to complete the construction after waiting 2 months for permit in Sam Mateo

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

first, take few quotes from licensed contractors, never pay more the 10% or $1000 (no more then $1000 when you sing on contract/agreement). don't pay more then 20% on demolition day.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

License and insurance first. Timeline and be clean about what included in the contract . must be on writing!!
