What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Process: Meet in person, discuss needs, offer inspiration or ideas, send an estimate, sign the estimate/contract, and get to work!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 34 years of on-the-job experience working in construction, labor and design. Construction, design and remodeling is our passion. We consistently keep up-to-date on code compliance, safety and regulations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started doing construction after high school - and have been building/remodeling and transforming spaces ever since.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We closed off an upstairs loft with a glass block wall and inside window area with stained wood frame/moldings - to make a child's play/bedroom. It was a very cool project and turned out really nice. Our greatest reward was that the client confided that for years they had approached contractors who said it couldn't be done. But we did it and completed it within two working weeks to the delight of the customer. This is what we live for - CREATIVE SOLUTIONS.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A remodel is a powerful uplifting life experience, and we have never seen a customer regret getting it done - as long as they got it done right! Hire based on trust, experience, quality and customer service, and not on who provides you the lowest price.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

No idea is dumb or impossible. Ask for the thing you want and why you want it, and the best contractor will have the way.
