What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Hourly rates are now available on all tasks. We have a minimum $150 charge. Some tasks are billed at a flat rate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start by asking the customer to share pictures for remote assessment of the concern, We may also schedule a time to walk the job first so we can be well prepared for the work, once we agree on the terms we schedule the time and try to finish the job quickly as possible, the key is to prepare first, we respect our customers time and place. The final estimate will be discussed at the site before the start of the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a unique background as a General Contractor license holder and experience as a Project Manager. this combination helps me address most jobs very efficiently.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing my projects first 20+ years ago, then helped many family and friends consult and handle their projects, I've been a general contractor since 2017 but chose to do smaller quick turnaround jobs to help more of my loyal customers.

I have worked for various customers, including residential, commercial, Investor, and management companies. My services helped buyers and sellers, to help them with pre or post-sale.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently I've improved 6 kitchen rooms of the studio hotel, it took us 2 months including the replacement of cabinets, and countertops, repairs, and painting.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I ask the customer to make a checklist of all the tasks, take a few pictures, and share links or ideas of their desired result. I can help with design and space planning as well.
