What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

typically with new or existing clients we prefer to have all finish material in the property before we starting the actual work. once all material as been ordered and arrived we will schedule a start day.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

CSLB General-B License, 7 years of experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I used to work for a construction firm and once I achieved sufficient experience I opened my own construction firm.

What types of customers have you worked with?

we are working with all client, from home owners, to realtor agents, interior designers, architects, engineers and Real estate Investors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Complete house interior remodel for 3+2 1500 Sqft house. The project was accomplished in 3 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

1. It's good to compare multiple contractors before making a decision. Ask for references, look at their portfolios, and interview them personally. Never choose your contractor based on the lowest bid. 2. If you have a certain budget, listen to your contractor of how to use the money correctly. Experienced and honest contractor will always advice to properly take care of one room at a time keeping the quality of work high, and not to try and complete too many projects around the house with insufficient budget. That will be a waste of money.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

For Remodel: 1. What are my goals or plans regarding my property. 2. What areas of the property are important to me to redo more than others. 3. How can I refresh the area I'm looking to renovate without interrupting the flow of the house. 4. Is the renovation I'm looking to do is a phase of a bigger project that will change flow in the rest of the property in the future? 5. What do I want my property to look like and what style, color scheme and such do I like? New Construction: 1. What are my goals or plans regarding my property. 2. Do I already consult with an architect and Engineer to establish my vision and plans? 3. Do I have another place of residence meanwhile working on my project?
