Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing can vary depending on the project, but we like to present customers with a few options at different price points, so they can make the best decision for themselves. Additionally, we offer 100% financing with comfortable monthly payments to make the process easier and more affordable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Our process for working with a new customer starts with a quick phone call to discuss your needs and understand the scope of the project. Once we have a general idea, we’ll schedule an in-person appointment to go over the details more thoroughly. During this meeting, we’ll clarify any specifics and ensure we’re on the same page. After that, once both parties agree on the details, we’ll create a formal agreement outlining exactly what will be provided. This helps ensure everyone is clear on expectations and we’re all set to move forward

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We hold a B License and a Real Estate License, along with extensive hands-on experience in both construction and real estate. This combination of formal qualifications and practical knowledge allows us to provide expert guidance and service to our clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My partner and I came from different backgrounds—he had been in construction for 10 years, while I had a background in real estate, fix-and-flip projects, and mortgages. When we met, we realized that by combining our knowledge and experience, we could provide a top-tier service to homeowners. So, we decided to team up and use our skills to deliver 5-star results for every project we take on.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We’ve worked with a wide range of customers, from homeowners of multi-million-dollar properties to those with more modest homes. Our experience spans both residential and commercial projects, giving us the flexibility and expertise to handle any type of job, big or small.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of our most memorable projects was helping a family who had been abandoned and scammed by their previous contractor. The contractor took their money, left their home demolished, and vanished, leaving them in a difficult situation for two years. After a lot of time and effort, we were able to secure in-house financing for them, fully remodel their home, and correct the mistakes made by the previous contractor. Today, they are happily living in their brand-new home. This project took several months to complete, but the satisfaction of seeing them finally settled in was priceless.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Check Reviews and References: Look for honest feedback to assess the provider’s quality and reliability. Verify Credentials - Ensure they have the necessary licenses and insurance to protect both parties. Ask Questions - Inquire about their experience and approach to make sure they align with your needs. Trust Your Instincts: After gathering the facts, trust your gut feeling about the provider.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before talking to professionals, it’s helpful to have a clear understanding of your project’s needs, budget, and timeline. Knowing your design preferences, or being open to suggestions, will also help us guide you in making the right choices that fit your needs and budget
