Many customers invest a lot of money into renovations, but find themselves disappointed with the end result because it doesn't always suit their needs and the various uses that are specifically important to the customer. After understanding this common pattern we decided to develop an algorithm dedicated to creating the perfect renovations based on human engineering. The human engineering algorithm analyzes each customer and understands their character and characterization of uses in each room. Meaning that each renovation will not only look good, but also be the most fitting and functional to you long term.

Our package pricing is all-inclusive, covering architectural planning, engineering, design, permitting, high-end project management, labor & rough materials for construction. We position ourselves in the mid-range compared to competitors - offering neither the lowest prices nor the highest.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin with a phone call to better understand your project and determine if Golden View Renovation is the right fit for your project. Following this, we offer a free in-person consultation with one of our experienced project managers. This allows us to gather all the details, get to know you and your project goals, and provide an accurate, tailored estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team brings a strong background in industrial and engineering management, complemented by training in project management. We also hold licenses in architecture, design, structural engineering, and construction. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, we combine our expertise to deliver high-performance solutions.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our passion for construction spans over 20 years. We came together to establish a business with a unique approach, drawing inspiration from high-tech industry standards to deliver high-performance solutions to clients in the Bay Area.

Do your research. Don't hire the first contractor you meet - speak with several companies to understand their processes. While we are confident in our team and services, it's important to choose a company that aligns with your budget, project needs, and overall vision.
