Something to know is that most contractors offer finance know in days, another thing to know is that by the CSLB regulations contractors cannot ask more than 1,000dlls as a deposit and most of contracts are paid in stages, this means 30% beginning of projects and the rest in progress of project. We offer some discounts for military service members

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would recommend everyone make their homework before start bringing contractors to bid their project. One of them is knowing what they want done, second understand what is a contractor and who regulates them and what are the responsibilities of contractors and as well as a customer. Is really important to understand the roles of contractors and who regulates them so they don’t get scam by anyone. Another advice is to get at least three contractors to bid your project, this gives you an idea of where your budget would be. Don’t always go for the less expensive, go for the one that makes more sense and the one that your intuition tells you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customer need to have a list of what they want and idea of their project, if HOA needs to notify of any work, if project requires any special material that as a lead time
