What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

SGH development is owned by me, so there is absolutely no middle man cost between me and the homeowner. Thats a big pro for any homeowner who is looking to hire cost effective contractor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Free consultation with a site visit 2. Making sure both sides understand the cost 3. Providing full detailed proposal 4. Working on design & plans 5. Fun part begins - execution of work :)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started engaged with the construction world while ago, back when i was 24 years old, and throughout the years i managed to handle every single aspect of remodeling & design & and any kind of development.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Garage conversion (Norwalk) - 2.5 Month Kitchen remodeling (Tarazana) - 2 Month Bathroom remodeling (West LA) - 1.5 Month Full house renovation (Coldwater) - 4 month

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I truly believe in good energy, first foremost to be licensed fully insured and bond is very important, but on the other hand, the homeowner and the contractor must be a good fit so the work can go smoothly without any interruption.
