unfold fold
We are devoted to creating spaces based on not only on your unique desires and specifications, but most importantly, YOUR BUDGET! Our team is committed to working with you to expertly plan, beautifully design, and strategically construct a fully-functional, practical remodel. Our minimum project is $5000.00 to $10,000.00 or depending on the area or the project that needs to be done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
It is a requirement for us to be in contact with the owner of the property. We love meeting our new customers personally and listening to them. We first obtain the basic information and schedule an estimate. We need to know what's need to be done and what is the target date of completion. We're keeping our customer well advised and update on the progress of the job. We make sure that they are well informed. If you are an agent, a collaborator or a trusted friend of the owner, we would need confirmation or a consent from the owner through a phone call to confirm. *We also don't do mobile homes*

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One home renovation project that I'm particularly fond of is the transformation of an out dated home into a stylish and functional living space. This project holds a special place in my heart because of the significant improvements made to the property and the positive impact it had on the homeowners' lives. The renovation process began with thorough consultations with the homeowners to understand their vision, lifestyle needs, and design preferences. Together, we developed a comprehensive plan to modernize the home while preserving its architectural integrity and charm. In total, the renovation took approximately 4 months from the initial design phase to the final completion. During this time, there were regular communication and collaboration with the homeowners to ensure their satisfaction with the progress and the finished result.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
A customer should ask for references, proper licensing, insurance certificates, how long have been in business etc. A customer should also ask about those things that they don't understand, things that could bother them during the course of work, start and end times of project and the work day. Anything that comes to mind while interviewing a prospective contractor. There is no question that is a stupid question, its important to gain as much knowledge as you can about who you might hire; you are going to be trusting them with your home or business for which you have worked hard to obtain for yourself and your family. Of course, a good contractor should be able to anticipate those things that are of concern to most customers and address them as part of the interview process.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
1. How much is your budget? Make sure it's realistic. 2. Are you looking for a general contractor or just a handyman? 3. What is your timeline? 4. Do you have any specific requirements or constraints? 5. What are your expectations regarding communication and updates? 6. Do you have any concerns or questions about the project?
