Avdix Construction was brought to life by two brothers who love working with their hands, paying close attention to detail, and who ensure our customers are satisfied with the work they paid for. We have a variety of experience to offer, which includes external and internal contracting work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We put a lot of effort into the detail of our work. We prioritize in making our customers happy with the quality and the results of their project. In order to give customers that level of work, we typically won’t be the cheapest quote out there. We also understand everyone has a quote, so we respect each customers ability to choose the best contractor that fits their project/ budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting to hear out the customers ideas, seeing what would work best for them, taking all the details down and giving the customer a detailed quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelors degree in Business Management, 5 years in operations management, and 5 years in general contracting.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Always helped out family that are in these types of trades and eventually got attached to the work, and decided to peruse it full time.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a large scale project for a customer that included installing and replacing 50 recessed lights, removing 350 sqft of hardwood, leveling the subfloor, and doing about 2200 sq feet of luxury vinyl plank flooring. Project took a total of 10 straight days to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do you research. A lot of times the cheapest quote is not the best quote. Take a look at the detail of the work, and see if it fits the price given.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The customer should ask for a time line, expectations for dust control, and what the process would look like.
