What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide free onsite estimates and the proposal will be provided within 24 hours. We provide extremely competitive prices with excellent workmanship along with unparallel service. There are multiple team members that are ready to help answers questions, meaning your questions will always be answered.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Customers can request for a free onsite visit at anytime, seven days a week. We provide a thorough proposal to ensure we capture everything a client wants. Once we get into contract, we will provide contacts to several important members of our team to help coordinate the project from beginning to end, and meeting timelines.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team has over 30 years of combined experience in the construction and real estate industry. We provide insight from various aspects of construction as we want to achieve the end result to match with your objectives.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our Principal Contractor, Vi Chau, followed the footsteps of his father. Vi took over his father's business. By implementing various strategies, Vi was able to grow the the business five-folds in just a couple of years, all while elevating the quality of work and service to match.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with many different types of customers. Whether it is for a family that just bought a house and wanted to renovate where they need a little more guidance, or a real estate agent that wants to minimize cost and maximize top sales price, all while making the house modern, trendy or classic to match the style of home and neighborhood ambience. We also have been extremely busy building ADUs for families and investors. We have master the craft and can build ADU at a highly competitive price and fast and efficient completion time.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have build several high end restaurants which we are very fond of. We were happy to compete the project ahead of schedule which allowed the owners to open the restaurant earlier, which resulted in the owners making money sooner.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Communication is key and we are proud to provide excellent communication with our customers and vendors. This is to ensure nothing and no one is left behind and that all parties are on the same page, which is to achieve the best-in-class finish. We provide a full service package and are always striving to obtain 5-star reviews. Anything less than 5-stars is not acceptable to us.
