Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing can vary from job to job depending on materials used, installation difficulty... unless it's new construction every job/project is different. We offer discounts, we offer affordable pricing as well as full custom remodeling.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We always prefer meeting with clients at the residence/property where the work is going to be done, we'll take measurements and go over everything the client envisions for their project, we will help with design as well as walk you through the entire process from A-Z. After our initial visit we will set up a 2nd meeting to go over the proposal in detail and answer any questions the client may have.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
From our Designers, Installers and Management everyone that works for our company has a minimum of 10 yrs experience and as much as 30+ years for our management positions

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I personally started doing tile 31 years ago as an apprentice tile Setter eventually becoming a Journeyman level installer, from there went on to manage large scale new construction/production work for Builders like Lennar, Cornerstone, KB Homes and many other developers. My story is not much different than most people that work for this company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with 1st time home buyers, homeowners who have had multiple remodel projects, property managers or homeowners with multiple rental properties, home flippers and commercial building owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We converted a large master bedroom closet into a large master bathroom shower combining both areas to create an amazing master bathroom suite, we used existing square footage from an adjacent bedroom to create another closet for our client. That project took approximately 2 months, we had to wait for the correct pocket door to be custom made due to a late change requested by the client.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would advise any customer to ask questions right off the bat, ask the person calling you to introduce their company simple construction knowledge relevant to your project. Everyone on our team has a basic knowledge of what we do as should every company.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What's my budget? When do I want to start my project? When would I like my project to be finished? Will I need financing? How long do I plan on living here and is it worth the money time and energy to remodel?
