The owner himself has 13 years of experience in residential construction before he founded Welco Construction. This is an owner operated business. Our scope of businesses mainly focus on residential remodeling, addition, and ADU, etc. We have general contractor license, electrician license and plumber license, which allow Welco's team to perform a full construction service to our customers and have more efficient project management by avoiding delay from outsourced contractors. Welco Construction management applies concentrated managing system to oversee all aspects of a project, from planning and preconstruction, to designing, building, finishing, and more. This approach ensures an organized and streamlined construction process, therefore, controlling costs and reducing the likelihood of setbacks and project delays.
