What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I can put together a remodel on a budget will good materials or give you the Taj Mahal. I have suppliers to fit any budget. You will be surprised at the bells and whistles I work in regardless of price tier.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I come see the job and have a Q&A right there and go over all the options and design possibilities

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a license to be B-3 General contractor, And a third generation custom builder. My brother and I have built homes three stories, by ourselves. I’ve also built homes and remodels in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, California, and Arizona

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My grandfather was a custom builder, I have eight uncles that are custom builders, so naturally I gravitated this way. I’ve been crawling around job sites since I was two

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every type, I’ve been doing this since I was a boy.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Oh I received a call from a lady that had been being taken advantage of by remediating companies referred from the insurance company. She was left in tears, so I hammered everything out with insurance and had to get really creative, but I gave her a kitchen of a lifetime

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Call me, I guarantee a 5 star experience

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A realistic budget. I’m not trying to spend every dollar, so I can tell you what you can and can’t do if a budget is available. Sometimes people have $100,000 worth of ideas and a $20,000 budget, and conversely, They have a good size budget and I can tell them how under they are and all the great things we could add
