What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We try to be competitive with other contractors around. We do use the best materials and do go above and beyond for our customers to ensure everything is done properly as we thrive off word of mouth.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I start off with a free estimate to ensure that what the customer wants is something I can deliver and to make sure what o deliver is the best quality. If it’s something out of my scope I am honest with the customer and let them know. If we happen to be a good fit for each other I will write up an estimate and send it to the customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have my general contractor license KB-2 and years of hands on experience out in the field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father had done this his entire life so I have been around it my entire life. It began with helping my dad on weekends during summer breaks. After leaving my law enforcement career in 2018 I began doing this full time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with every kind of customer from zero knowledge in the field to retired contractors. I am comfortable working with anyone and everyone as our work and final product is our pride and joy.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We built a stand alone garage for a customer from ground up. Time frame with all inspections from breaking ground to completion was approximately 6 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do you homework ask for references and make sure the contractor listens to what you want. Make sure you are happy and comfortable with the people you are working with.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What kind of materials they want to use, what’s they envision in their head and what they see the final product looking like. Write down any questions you might have before the appointment.
