What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We schedule free design consultations and will provide you with a fair price that fits your style and budget. We also offer military and first responder discounts. We have various financing programs including zero interest for 12 months.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Elegant Bath and Remodel offers mobile flooring showrooms throughout the Valley, that come directly to your home. Our in-home, high-touch level of service is unparalleled in the industry. We are with you through each step of your bathroom remodel project from selection to installation. Throughout the installation we'll address concerns, advise on the status of the work and answer your questions. At Elegant Bath and Remodel, we are so confident in our process that once you work with us, you'll be a customer for life. We'll count on you to tell family and friends!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Your Design Associate is the expert who will be designing your custom bathroom remodel. At Elegant Bath and Remodel every Design Associate is highly trained in designing with all the different materials, supplier, and installation techniques. Our design associates are put through a continuous education procuress that also includes always being customer first in our approach.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was fortunate to have a successful career in technology. This allowed me to learn how to manage large projects with operational excellence. I have always loved interior decorating and design. I love how I have the opportunity to work with many different types of design and installation projects. Making customers happy about the entire process is what I enjoy the most!! My husband Mike and I have been together for 32 years, and enjoy working together in the business to transform homes.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have been fortunate to work with many residential and commercial customers throughout the Phoenix Metro area.. We have many references for every type of project. I care about the success and happiness of every customer no matter the size or scope. We own a flooring company and a bathroom remodel company and are part a larger family of sister companies including California Closets,

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I would say it is every project where the customer turns into a friend vs calling out one particular project. I value building trust and long term relationships.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ultimately, trust your instincts when selecting a contractor. Choose someone you feel confident in and who demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering excellent results. I would also look at how well your design associate represent the company. They should be very knowledgeable on the industry, design, installation, and the market. Pay attention to how well you communicate with them during the initial consultation. Choose a company who listens to your ideas, provides input, and communicates clearly.

What is the look and feel you are trying to accomplish? Consider what will me you happy vs current trends. Prioritize the projects in your home. The things that will increase your home value and enjoyment the most are bathrooms, flooring, and kitchens. Show less
