Pricing is reflected by result desired, price and quality of material used and time to complete, to customer satisfaction. There is no such thing as "NO" just, how much.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New customers get the same benefit of up-front pricing options, time frames and guarantees as existing customers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Raised in the trades. Even after getting a degree in Business, nothing is more satisfying then working with my hands to help homeowners dreams come true.

My Pops was a skilled craftsman

What types of customers have you worked with?

There is no measure of commitment to the job I wouldn't go through for customer satisfaction. With up-front transparency of costs and time frame, the customer and I create a solid bond for the finished product.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

This bathroom remodel was a complete removal and replacement of all fixtures due to the presence of mold. Home owner selected slightly builder grade upgrades, allowing project to be completed in under 24 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There is no need to save face when relationships are based on open transparent actions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Consider what compromising grades of material, off set total quality of finished product. e.g. Do Toggle switches perform as well as Decora switches? Vinyl vs Laminates vs Wood? Refurbish vs Replacement.
