What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Each customer's need is different and each quote is customized for their need individually. We do not use a "standard pricing system" but work with the customer to best meet their need at the most affordable price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet with each customer for a consultation to provide a free inspection and answer any questions they have. We provide them with the best options available to meet their need.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 30 years experience in the construction industry. This experience is of a wide range which includes building houses from the ground up. This gives me a vast working knowledge of structural requirements and solutions. I also stay up to date on new products and continuing education training requirements to keep up with today's changing industry and codes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Being in the construction industry for many years, I enjoyed helping people with their roofing needs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have roofed hundreds of existing residential homes, churches and commercial buildings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I take pride in all my projects. The average home takes about one day to complete, however, I will take the necessary time to make sure the job is done right!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do not pay any money up front. Only pay when the job is finished and the customer is satisfied. Make sure the provider is a licensed, bonded and insured company.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is the Contractor reliable and do they have a good reputation in the community? Are they in good standing with the BBB?
