That it's fair and competitive. I keep our company current by bringing up pricing and current costs search engines that reflect the current average costs contractors are charging in our zip code area. Such as Homewyze or porch

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After initial contact and introductions by phone call. We set an appointment to meet with the client to walk the property, and discuss pertinent information and specific instructions as to what the clients needs are, to include budget and time frame. we then generate a cost estimate that is agreeable to all and perform the work. To a successful conclusion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licensed General contractor, E.P.A certified lead based paint abatement, member of American decorators and painters association

How did you get started doing this type of work?

.Started fixing up homes for clients when I was a licensed Realtor

What types of customers have you worked with?

home/owners, builders, church councils, investor's, property manager's, Real Estate broker's. those with tight budgets, those with unlimited budgets. People that know exactly what they want, and others that would like some opinions and guidance on decorating, and current fashions and colors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We replaced all interior doors for client that we built a new privacy fence a few years previously. The doors were the old hollow wood common for the age of the house. We replaced them with solid core knotty alderwood, stained and lacquered. They were absolutely gorgeous.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check references.

Adequate budget, proper timing for project, Contractor's experience, Contractor's availability, Contractor's time frame to complete project, Contractor's pricing vs home owner's budget. Does contractor warranty their work
