What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are based on square footage, so based on measurements, the size and color change, how long the jobs will take, the height of the room, the cost of materials, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I introduced myself to the customer, walked them through the process, gave them my estimate, and explained to them what they're being charged for all the things that I will be doing and the steps I follow to complete the project step by step the project before and after pictures discuss any concerns and ask them if they have any problems where face masks also wear footies protect all areas clean up and keep a clean workspace and make the customers feel 100% comfortable happy and stress-free

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I passed my journeyman painters test and 14 years of hands-on training and service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Hi Aaron, owner of Colorful Visions LLC. I started interior/exterior painting about 14 years ago. I started painting apartment complexes, and then I was a foreman for some good companies over the years, gaining more knowledge and experience in the field doing work throughout the Wisconsin and Illinois areas for Bear construction and CMA construction, as residential and new construction homes doing jobs 1000sqft. Up to 50,000 sqft. Jobs. I decided to start my own company located in Racine, WI. I take pride in my work and provide excellent quality with satisfaction guaranteed.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I worked with many lovely customers, construction companies, and super attendants. I also worked with customers who were not so easy to satisfy, but at the end of the day and the end of every job, my customers were happy and satisfied with their projects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I painted a 3,000 sqft home, and the walls were knockdown texture. I did some knockdown texture wall repair, did a color change from brown to grey, and threw out the entire house with two coats of paint and beautiful cut lines. They were so happy and had me return for more work. It took me three days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

check reviews, check business credentials, ensure they are licensed and insured, find out who does the work, ask about their warranty, get several estimates, and question their safety practice.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

what do and don't you need, what problems are you facing, who are the decision-makers, what is the approval process, what are your expectations, how much time it will take and scheduling, and is the product right for the customer?
