What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

★ Pictures can expedite initial design consult. ★ Builds req 50% deposit; financing is available. ★ Delivery usually 4-8 weeks from deposit date.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been making things for over 20 years. My cabinet frames are hardwood, always incorporate quality plys and high-end hardware, and professional paint finishes. My builds come with a lifetime warranty.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Solving problems that stump specialty contractors: ★ Uneven floor due to defective joists. ★ Mold from prior undisclosed flooding. ★ Rotting fascia from missing drip edge. ★ Seasonal flooding from failed yard drain. ★ Rodents in crawlspace via abandoned drain.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I prioritize repeat clients and their referrals. I get hired to provide premium service and lasting professional results, and never as the lowest bidder. Orders for cabinetry go as far away as Yakima, and I routinely deliver throughout Greater Puget Sound!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

• Photos of project space are preferred and easy to send via smartphone! • Custom built is built to last and the highest quality products are still made domestically. • Choose quality wood and sheet materials sourced domestically. These can add the most value to a home, and provide durability that lasts a lifetime. • Project pricing is the most fair & honest approach to custom work. Hourly or “labor only” can easily lead to mediocre results.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

• Do pricing assumptions account for time designing & planning, collecting & delivering materials, time in traffic and fuel? And overhead costs like liability insurance, licenses, and platform fees?
