What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am flexible with how to pay. Some clients want to pay at the end when I'm done and that works, some want to pay at the end of each day and that is also good with me. I do b large jobs with a 50 percent down and a 50 percent when completed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I go through their list of issues and solve them one at a time. I document the work for them to have pictures of their home being fixed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been doing this with my own homes as a landlord.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am a former landlord.

All types. Mostly those who need solutions and want them done correctly and efficiently.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have remodeled a number of kitchens. I love doing the entire process by myself which takes about a month.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at their work and call their references.

Know your budget and don't be afraid to let that be known.
