I will set up an appointment to meet with the customer and determine the best course of action depending on their needs.

We have been in the Property Remodel and Repair business for over 30 years

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in Landscaping over 30 years ago and went on to building and remodeling homes, and commercial properties. I Built my first home at age 19.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently worked on a concrete deck that was leaking downstairs into the basement of a home. I needed to float out the edges with quickcrete, prepped and primed and applied an epoxy finish with non-skid properties, and installed new trim along the base of the building. NO more leaks and looks nice.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check license and experience thru references.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Cost and time to complete
