What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Discount, we have competitive fair pricing. And we work with all budgets.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Go meet them. Checkout the scope of work. Write up a estimate, agree on the bid. Figure out work schedule that doesn’t conflict with customer. Start work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have building plans/blue print reading, painting credentials, osha credentials, cpr aed training, hazard environmental training, construct or repair framework, fixtures, building codes, structural support.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My partner been building for 13 years and I have went through the painters apprenticeship. I Ran big jobs for the space needle, Amazon biospheres, Expedia’s bridge & campus several other high profile jobs. We put both of our professions together and started a family business. And work close with other trades we have worked Beside for years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types, home owners, business owners, investors, property management, real estate, isolate/out of state/country customers

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a 3500 sqft house in Ballard. We did downstairs tile Painted the whole house belly band, trim, 55 doors and crown molding. It was huge painting project and was really fun doing fine finish painting.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check their work and credentials. Make sure they are also reliable. A good price isn’t always a good price. Find someone you can build a relationship with. People who care do better work.

Time frame they need done.
